The City of Wadley Water & Sewer Department is committed to providing safe, reliable drinking water and dependable sewer services to our residents, businesses, and visitors. Our goal is to protect public health, support economic growth, and ensure the long-term sustainability of our community’s water resources.
Services We Provide
Water Supply & Distribution – Delivering clean, safe drinking water that meets or exceeds state and federal standards.
Sewer Collection & Treatment – Maintaining a sanitary sewer system that safely collects and treats wastewater.
System Maintenance – Repairing water mains, sewer lines, hydrants, and related infrastructure to ensure reliable service.
Customer Service – Assisting residents with water and sewer accounts, billing, and service requests.
New Service & Connections
To establish new water or sewer service, residents must complete a service application at City Hall, 37 Butts Street, Wadley, GA 30477. A deposit and service fee may be required at the time of application.
Payments
Water and sewer bills can be paid:
In person at City Hall during regular business hours
By mail to: City of Wadley, P.O. Box 219, Wadley, GA 30477
Late payments may result in additional fees or disconnection of service.

Commercial taps may include additional fees.
For meters larger than 2″, customers are responsible for 100% of the cost and must purchase materials approved by the City of Wadley.
