How to Submit a Bid or Proposal
Vendors must follow the instructions outlined in each bid packet. Unless otherwise noted, submissions should be delivered in a sealed envelope to:

General Guidelines
All bids must be submitted by the deadline stated in the advertisement. Late submissions will not be considered.
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
The City of Wadley reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid that is deemed most advantageous to the City.
